We connect with families to discover their needs, develop and then narrow a field of prospective schools, and consult students and families about their opportunities. Our extensive network ensures we're able to communicate directly with admission officers & coaches on behalf of our clients before, during, & after schools' admission making processes. Brad shares a unique recommended school list with every family, ensuring that the programs he’s suggesting are most likely to be interested in his clients. He consider’s both the family’s needs and goals and the needs and goals of the schools to foster an application process that is mutually beneficial to both parties.

We help clients prepare for school visits with advice and strategies for how and when to book appointments, who to connect with during visits, and how to properly follow up. Our work with clients also includes interview preparation, so you and your student athlete can feel more confident walking into those conversations. Busy families benefit from Brad’s experience in the boarding school world, knowledge of the admission cycle timeline, and extensive network of former colleagues and professionals in schools.

The application process can be confusing and our aim is to help clients move smoothly through it. Many schools subscribe to a common application. Some schools accept only their own unique application. Most require teacher recommendations, transcripts, and an interview. Brad has served as both a Director of Admission and a Director of Financial Aid. He knows these requirements inside and out. He also advocates for clients directly and helps them share their talents with coaches and admission officers through the channels they prefer most.

When schools return their admission decisions, Brad helps clients determine which school will best meet their needs and goals. We tap into over a decade of experience in the boarding school world to counsel student athletes and families during this process. While “getting into” schools may seem like the most difficult part of the process, deciding which one to attend can sometimes be even harder. Brad shares his knowledge and advice and suggests the programs that best match your child’s academic, social, and athletic goals.
